How much does a booth cost?

Booth costs varies depending on the size of the space. Spaces range from $25 - $100. Please come visit us in person to see what space would fit best for your products.

What if I only have a few items I wish to sell?

We also offer shelf space for those with only a few items to sell. The shelves do not have a monthly rental fee. This option allows the store to collect 20% of the monthly sales.

Are there additional costs?

Yes, in addition to the spaces that require a monthly rental fee, the store will collect 15% of sales. This is meant to cover all sales tax, credit card processing fees, as well as overhead costs, such as labor, marketing, etc.

As a vendor, what are my responsibilities?

After your space has been filled and all items priced, your work is done! Vendors are not required to work in the store, collect taxes, pay utilities, or chip in for marketing. All of the normal costs related to owning a brick-and-mortar store is part of your rent. We do suggest that you speak with your insurance agent or look into crafter/vendor insurance. We also ask for vendors to pop in at least once a month to freshen their space and adjust their products to the seasons.
